Holiday 5, working on getting it back off.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, good luck. I'm motivated to journal my food again, that is what really helped me in the past. I try to plan my day out and know exactly what I need to eat. That way at the end of the day, I'm not going over every little thing I ate... I already know how many calories I had, etc... It's such a head game, so annoying LOL.
