Mrs. Girth set up a happy hour with the neighbors yesterday evening. I feel lucky to be up by just a pound and with only a mild hangover.

206.6 lb Lost so far: 57.4 lb. Still to go: 16.6 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 7.0 lb a week
