Yes!
Today is a BIG day! I have today officially hit FOUR milestones. I have lost 30 KG! I am now two thirds of the way to my goal! I am below 125 kgs! I am below 275 lbs!

Naturally, my kg and lbs goals are kind of the same milestone, but as I report to people in both Europe and the US, I choose to report in "languages, that everybody can easily understand". :)

It has been a LONG week with little to no loss until yesterday, then it finally took off. I hate when it happens, because I feel like I am losing control (which I am obviously not). I just keep going through that time, and I always end up losing a nice chunk at the end. I understand why people only weigh in once a week to avoid this, but that is not an option for me. I want to know what is going on at all times. I need to do this, and constant control helps me.

Another factor has been that I am no longer able to go swimming in the morning, at least for a little while. My new temp job requires that I leave earlier, and to another place, which means that I will not have the time in the mornings (which is my only option to swim). Too bad, I really liked doing it. I will try to go for more and longer walks, WII Fit and other things.

I am so excited accomplishing this. I have never ever lost this much weight and it has never ever been this easy. :) I love doing this.

Life is today very very good. Happy weekend everyone!
