wow... I am so sore. it's been too long since I worked out. I've kicked it up a notch....35 min on the nordic track then (10 pushups and 30 situps) x 2. wow...so sore
257.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
