Yesterday I ate "Well" at 109% of goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. 321kcal deficit // BF↓0.3 // BW↓2.0#
150.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
