Weighed in this morning. I'm down 5 lbs since May 23rd! I'm very happy and satisfied about that. I hope to go down to between 132-135 before my 30th birthday! I'm SO excited! I'm actually stunned because I had zesty chicken bowl from Taco Bell as my last meal but I think it all boils down if I just had smaller portion each meal and it WORKS!
Anyway, today is going to be the first day of EFS Cycle 2. I will follow it 100% if I want to go down to at least 132 pounds!
Here's my meal from yesterday (Day 7 [last one] of EFS Cycle 1)
7:45 -
Breakfast - 6 oz low fat yogurt with sliced berries
11:00 -
Meal #2 - 1 small salad
2:00 - Exercised for a hour (30 min elliptical & 30 min jogging/walking on treadmill)
3:15 -
Meal #3 - 1 veggie burger with mango salsa leftovers & soybean leftovers
3:30-
Snack - I had wheat crackers and one slice of low-fat provolone cheese because I was still hungry
5:00 - Simple Pilates workout with Denise Austin on DVD for 20 minutes (to strengthen)
6:30 -
Snack - 110 calories Mint Prima Power bar - (I was at high school graduation for one of my cheerleaders [I'm a head coach] who graduated this year) so didn't have time to cook dinner)
9:30 -
Meal #4 - Zesty Chicken Bowl from Taco Bell (and yet I continue to lose weight!)
