I'm the same as I was yesterday. I can't expect miracles within a few days and I am happy that I didn't gain. Every outlook on this is going to be positive. It's freezing cold here, but I am planning on getting off my tushie and at least walking around the building at lunchtime for a quick brisk walk. It's better than sitting at my desk and it will be more of a "stretch" then a walk. LOL. Woke up feeling "full." I think I need to cut back on my dinner at night.
206.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 86.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe it is not logical to expect miracles but I still do - LOL. My scale seems to be stuck again too. One of these days it will move again. In the mean time we can bother work on patience.

Thank you Dragslist. It's tough, but I really want to do this. I'm being really stubborn about it. LOL. Went to BJ's (a wholesale club--mostly food) and did really well. Veggies, non-fat milk and a box of Cheerio's (I feel I need cereal here and there).

Buffy--Thanks. I wanted a miracle, but I know I haven't worked that hard yet to get one--LOL. Trying hard tonight. I didn't get out for that walk (raining), but walked for at least half an hour in a wholesale club!
