A nice loss in spite of taking a rest day yesterday for my vaccine. Pleased with my healthy eating yesterday except for the two beers I squeezed in there.
146.9 lb Lost so far: 5.1 lb.    Still to go: 11.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
