Yesterday was better in term of edgyness, more diversions too. Visited my son and tested his protein cookies, loved the lemon ginger one, also a candied almond and blueberry. Hubby's sister moved into the 2 bedroom apartment on the lower level of our home, this will be an adjustment going forward, but good company for hubby when I am out of town working. Today I will be planning our meals for the next 4 days and grocery shopping. May do some prep work.
184.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
