Yea! Broke the 200 lb barrier. The big test is coming up -- the weekend. I have a hard time when I'm hanging around the house. There are too many tasty temptations.

Worked out this morning, ate a proper breakfast, so I'm off to a good start.

199.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Keep up the great work dheimer. Make up your mind that you are going to reach your goal and stick to your plan. Congrats on breaking 200! Keep going!

Good work, David! Man, I have a hard time with the weekend too. I find that I chew a lot of sugarfree cinamon gum, which keeps me from snacking on all the kid-friendly food around our house. Keeping busy helps too... the more I'm out of the house doing stuff the less tempted I am. Since my kids are little, I take them to the playground or park. Maybe there's something comparable for you?
