I'm going back to Induction today, and starting a new challange, I turn 30 next week and I was really hoping to have my eating under control by now but its never to late to start. I really want to change for my family, I packed my daughters lunch and relized that it was all pre-packged junk food :( It's time to change for me and them !!!
