Down 100 grams on my weekly average. Surprised though because my calorie intake this week is sitting just above 2,070 and I’ve not yet logged any changes for today so it could creep up. Will know more by the morning. Unfortunately it’s not all clean eating, got a taste back for ice cream and pastries which is so high in sugar! Will do better next week. Will continue to try maintain my 1950-2000 Cals a day but with predominantly clean eating again because calories from certain foods burn differently! Our bodies need quality fuel to burn most efficiently
104.7 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
