Went to a company dinner party and just no desire to eat the crap! It was so cool to stick to my Club soda as others downed their beers. As everyone jammed down the fried pot stickets, I found the guy with the tray of Chicken Ginger skewers. Loaded up my dinner plate with lean moist turkey breast, one slice of roast beef, surrounded by tons of steamed veggies. Other loaded up on the typical fried potatoes, pasta with mystery meat and sauce, and of course went to town on the wonderful cheesecake. Yes, I took a slice and followed the 3 bite rule. Wife did the same and left the rest on the table. Food no longer rules us and we are happy and content!!!
