Back on track.

Followed the diet reasonably well yesterday. Fairly light but satisfying workout this morning -- 20 minutes of weight lifting.

The transition from phase I to phase II is where I've always fallen down before, or maybe it's always been just a matter of time and I can sustain this for 1 - 2 weeks. I need to stick to this forever. Any hints?

200.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

congrats on your progress! I don't know that I have any suggestions for the transition from phase 1 to 2, I seem to be having that same trouble. I think the leveling off in weight is discouraging for me, need to find a way to make positive efforts despite the slow down that occurs during the phase transition.
