well, i feel great!! i lost another 6 lbs. i am on the last phase of the diet. i owe all my weight loss to this diet and exercise. i learned how to eat sensible and not stuff my face. yesterday i watched the spurs game and had 2 beers... i felt bad, but i know its ok to do that sometimes. so i let it go :) i love this diet!! i recommeded it to my friend and she has lost 9 lbs already!! the only hard part is toning up the tummy!! any suggestions??
144.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.9 lb a week

Congrats on the weightloss! As for toning the tummy, after having 2 babies, I have done ALOT of research and what I found is the best and only way to tone and tighten is a combo of good diet, strength training and plenty of cardio. Since I buckled down and got serious about my workouts, it has done wonders. You are lucky to have youth on your side as well, so if you apply yourself, your should bounce back pretty quickly:)
