Dang I'm tired. Up til 4am, but at least I slept til 9. We've picked up more takeout food this week, but splitting the portions to stretch the budget and calorie count. Works okay.
159.2 lb Lost so far: 52.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week

I find that working late into the night works well for me. Good to hear that you are able to keep the calories down. Have a good weekend Coco!
