Agggghhhh! Need to get back on track-been bad!! Not planning ahead, not preparing meals like I should. Not able to get away at work for snacks like I should, starving when I get home and basically will eat anything I can get my hands on. Going to start again!!!
131.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I havent started at all. Just trying to figure it all out. I got the book read what to do in Phase 1.. still a little shady though.. I did SOuth Beach before. So maybe I am trying to get in the mindset of this being different. What can I have to drink in Phase 1 other than plain water.. Can I have any type of diet water at all. Like crystal light. I hate plain water....

It is so hard isn't it! I am going on vacation a week from tomorrow so I figured I should restart as soon as a I get back but I have to keep reminding myself that doesn't mean I get to throw all of my new good eating habits out the window for the next couple of weeks either. Good Luc restarting, you can do it!

Get back and stay on track. It isn't easy but keep at it.

I'm on Extreme Fat Smash and the book recommends staying away from diet soda and vitamin wanter at least for Phase 1. I believe this is because some people don't metabolize the artificial sugars properly. Your body can't tell the difference between real sugar and not as far as insulin levels go. 100% fruit juice is OK when allowed, as is lemon (lemon water) and then eventually he'll allow 2 cans of diet soda per day.
