Wow! This morning I looked down on the scales in real surprise. I've come down remarkably quickly to below the 250-lb mark at last. My physician says I look twenty years younger; this is what I weighed twenty-five years ago. Now I have to come down even further. I still have a way to go, but I've passed one big milestone.
249.8 lb Lost so far: 87.2 lb.    Still to go: 81.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
