Been out of the gym since 3/11. Don't know that I have had such a long break other than when covid started. Wish I could say I am super excited to get back to it- but I'm not. At all. But I'm going- right now. 🏋🏻‍♂️🤸🏻‍♀️💪🏻🦵🏻
179.6 lb Lost so far: 69.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

A drop over vacation? That’s a massive win! It is tough to hit the gym after a break but I will bet once you start lifting you’ll be right back in the groove.

If you don't like the gym don't go.. There are plenty of FREE videos on Youtube etc that you can just do at home.. I bought a $125.00 Sunny Spinbike and a $125.00 Weilder bodyworks gym, similar to Total Gym.. I get on my spin bike with my tablet, I have the Peloton app and with nice weather coming up lots of walks and bike rides... If you aren't happy, same with a diet that restricts too many foods you'll never reach your goals..

Don't much care to exercise but am very thankful that my gym reopened this week. I make my stationary bicycle ride an opportunity to read for 30 minutes which does wonders for my arthritic knees and is relaxing. My key is gentle ride with no extra resistance or speed. Just a pleasant 30 minute ride. Riding has kept enough muscles around knees to keep bone on bone from happening. Lately, I had been having more knee pain so am extremely grateful that gym is not accessible

Haha, Tom. Enjoyed the vacation. Enjoyed the gym but I didn't have enough time. Left for the gym 13 hours ago but only had about 40 minutes before a very long work day interfered. Back at it tomorrow. 🤸🏻‍♀️🏋🏻‍♂️💪🏻
