Double workout yesterday. 3.5 mile speed walk and upper body lifting. Felt a little hungry last night and thins morning. Fueling with oatmeal and coffee ☕️
225.4 lb Lost so far: 65.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
