I had spent my morning doing ab workouts and squats. it's painful when I hadn't done them for a while. I had done 10 minute you before breakfast. At least I got something done for exercise this morning.
326.2 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 166.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
