Ahh. Thanksgiving was a lot of fun, and I didn't break the bank. Although I didn't exactly watch every bite, either. A gain of .4 lb for the last two days. Not all that bad. But it's back to the grindstone. Hmmm. I never realized how appropriate that cliche is for weight loss.

I hope you all had a GREAT TIME, and gave many thanks. There is so much to be thankful for. Even for those of us struggling with this, most people I know on here have lost weight, and many are even close to goal! I'm so thankful for all my FS buddies. You folks are the best! I cannot tell you how much you've helped me personally in this.

Wishing you all the best. And hoping that by the next Thanksgiving we all have even more to be thankful for! BEST WISHES for a warm and wonderful holiday season.
