Hello Hello all my FS Buddies! I have been pretty non-existant but I have been tracking still and got the battery for my scale and weighed in this morning. For not weighing in bi-weekly and not being able to actually weigh myself daily, I am certainly surprised with my results! Wahoooo!!! I am at my last week of work at this job... actually 44 hours and 51 minutes to go LOL... yes I can't wait to get out of here! I am soooo excited to start my new job!
So this weekend my bf and I went out finally to celebrate US and 6 months along with my new job... ooohhh his prime rib and twiced baked loaded potatoe looked soo AMAZING... but I opted for the Zuchinni Squash medoly with Swordfish, I hadn't ever had swordfish before and it was YUUUMMMOOOO!!!! So I very very pleased =)

Come to think of it, I have never eaten Swordfish either...hmmm sounds like something to look for my next time out. Then again, I do try to eat only farm raised sustainable fish. I wonder if there is a farm that raises swordfish??
A celebration was definately in order. New job, 2lb drop...sounds like good reasons for a night out to me :)

Thank You All! I am going to OWN this year!! =) and I am well on my way to doing so... Swordfish was pleasant, the texture reminded me of more of a tuna without the harsh "fishy" taste and smell... although I love Tuna anyways! =)
