Well I lost again this week but I can't help to feel disappointed cause with the amount of activity I did this week I figured I would have lost more than I did..I shouldn't complain though some people don't lose and do way more...over all I'm good.
206.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 71.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
