happy to see it go down more but not sure why it's taken all week just to get to 174. Don't seem to be losing like I used to. I'm also feeling really bloated & achey so maybe it's a hormonal thing. who knows. I just want to see 169-170 again.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
