My Weeks average was 1,958 and my goal is 1,950 for maintenance. I didn’t do too bad with my sugar intake, the weekend was higher than usual but the week I stuck to under my 30 grams of sugar and some days less than 25 grams. Protein was generally 22% of my intake, fats & Carbs 39% of my intake. I increased my weights again and my grip muscles in my hands have been so sore! Still only training 3x a week. I’ll most likely stick to calisthenics for this week to give my hands time to heal
104.7 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
