Not much of a change, but I caught up so I’m happy!!😊 It’s kind of good to go through that because you don’t want to ever do it again. I have to be careful tomorrow, as my husband is going practice fishing and I tend to snack on those days.
Now that I’m back on track I do not want to derail myself. Happy almost end of month Friday.😊
186.3 lb Lost so far: 34.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
