Steadily moving back down. Discipline is tough, and sticking to a 1,200 kCal limit is never easy. Nonetheless, I see the bloat coming off, and in a couple of months I will, hopefully, be where I need to be.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 158.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
