..and I'm right back up there again. Ugh! Don't understand why it's so hard to get back down to 169-170. I've never had a problem before. Just getting under 167 seemed to be an issue. Did my birthday last week mark a new slowdown to my metabolism? Either way it's crappy & it sucks.
175.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
