Taking a break from tracking food & exercise- Just trying to eat sensibly, stay active and not gain weight back. So far I'm happy with the result. I'm going for a "skinny day" today and tomorrow because I'm over 140.
140.2 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
