Got to 223.9 by noon after a five-day fasting-mimicking diet. I lost 6.9 pounds during the regimen. I will attempt to finish out the month at about 1200-1700 calories per day.
223.9 lb Lost so far: 101.1 lb.    Still to go: 18.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
