I'm not losing weight but I'm eating healthy and working out everyday. I wonder if it's the change in muscle mass... Today I did an hour of dance cardio and walked a mile and a half.
245.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
