Day 14 of Keto. Weight was back down to where it was four days ago. That's four days of not moving forward, but at least I'm back to the starting point again. Drank my water yesterday. Still in the "optimal" ketosis range this morning. I need to find some good Keto recipes to give me some variety in my life. I eat the same thing for breakfast and lunch every day (2 boiled eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, 1 T. mayonnaise, all mashed together). Dinner is usually an Atkins meal. Snacks are cashews, or CarbMaster Yogurt with pecans, or Atkins bars (which help me get in a little Fiber).

Does anybody use an Instant Pot and have any good Keto recipes?

OK, let me try to find some positives here: the icy weather is supposed to stop around noon, so the threat of power outage is almost over. I've lost 17 pounds this year. I have the money to buy any food I want to or need to for my WOE. I'm smart, and should be able to figure out how to lose weight and keep the weight coming off.

Maybe I should go back to my food diary from a year and a half ago when I was doing really well with Keto and see what I was eating then. GOOD IDEA, Debbie! Let's do that!

Congrats with getting a loss. It will happen. Keep up the water drinking and your spirit. I think it is a really good idea to go back in time to check waht you did. I still remember some of the many inspirational things you made and baked back in the day when doing Keto. Your diet should not punish you or make you feel bad. there are many fun things you can do and eat and explore. Cannot help you with the instant pot but I often makes stews on keto especially now that it is cold. I had a beef stew the other day where the liquid part is african inspired using red pepper and some tomato. And I made pasta sauce to eat with my keto pasta yesterday. I am sure if you google there will be tons of ideas for how to utilize your instant pot and it is not hard to tweak non keto recipes into keto recipes.

Get a mini waffle maker!! Shredded cheese as your bread You can put pickles in it Egg spinach For dinner Stuffed peppers with ground beef and cheese And chicken and broccoli with heavy cream sauce seasoned

Today is the day that I too am finally back to the weight I listed 12 days ago. Which is also the weight I was for the two weeks before. My sister died so I'm not very interested in food but wrote way too much yesterday in my journal. People don't want to hear the negative but I needed to get it out.
