Well only gaining 4 pounds on a 21 day river trip that I had no control over the food is pretty darn good. I am pretty happy that my pants still fit and I did not gain over the top.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
