YEA!! a few more lbs. no migraine today sun's out feel great! 30 min on my gazelle-first time that long since my 1st ankle sprain. Maybe I can actually start the Rockin-body videos soon. Much to do today so need to get a move on the rest of my day. Will spend part of my day working on my yard so it's not a mess all winter. Have some bushes I need to move, weeds to get rid of that got ahead of me. mulch to put down, the old veggie patch to till-and the dog toys to pick up and throw in the wash. Dang they make the yard look cluttered. Also need to do some cooking.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
