Eating really light at breakfast seems to be working for me. I'm always eating heavier at dinner and the calories have to give somewhere. Need to ratchet up the water intake again.
136.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
