wow 400 grams lost overnight! On only 4 hours sleep LOL. I am thrilled! Let's hope it stays off! That is .8 of a pound!!!

I checked myself out in the mirror and I am getting all bobbly! I can see where the fat is going in bobbly patches LOL. Good to see kinda LOL.

I woke up thirsty and hungry so now I have weighed myself I can eat and drink - even at this weird time of the morning LOL.
209.2 lb Lost so far: 12.3 lb.    Still to go: 65.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks Sophie - I can hardly believe it! Oh and I clicked the wrong thin - I am following it 200% not reasonably well LOL Good news is the cocoa has not induced any new blisters so far! Yay!!!
