Going the wrong way! I need to examine what's going on throughout the day and do a course correction here.

Started off with a yogurt and green tea for breakfast. So far so good.

Ate some hearty beef stew for lunch on potatoes. No bread. But I probably could've eaten an ounce less beef. Very filling.

Just had some soup, salami and tabouleh for supper. I will make this the last thing I eat tonight. I almost said "I will try." That's just setting myself up for failure. I WILL do it. [Clench fist.]

Thanks, buddies! Sorry I'm a day late here. @ Lily -- I am lucky to have a husband who loves to cook. So most of the interesting things on my menu are things that he makes. We do have some nice Mediterranean restaurants and stores in our town, so we get take-out there. You are probably looking at the avgolemono soup and the tabouleh. The soup is a Greek lemon egg-drop soup. Tabouleh is mainly chopped parsley and bulgur wheat with onions and tomatoes. Both are fantastic.
