The second kg is gone. I'm happy... My back hurts like crazy, but when that is fine, I can start having a more active lifestyle. I bet that will speed things up.
156.5 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
