almost a pound up from yesterday. wtf? I walked for over 30mins yesterday, stayed under 1300 cals and everything. I did just start TOM yesterday (after weigh-in) so am hoping that it is temporary water retention. If not then this totatlly blows. I need to be in the 160 range at least and now!
173.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Not to worry it could have been some water retention:) Maybe something you ate is taking it's time or you drank more water before hand.

It is most likely water retention. Weighing yourself every day can drive you crazy though, especially when you're down one day and up the next. I would suggest weighing yourself less frequently because then you'll know when you've done well and not so well.
