Hi All, I am back from skiing in France. I ate a three course meal each night with at least 3 glasses of wine. I had cheese and ham rolls every afternoon and about 3 cups of hot chocolate the whole time I was away. I also had a chocolate bar and at least 2 packets of crisps. BUT the amount of skiing I had to do not to put any weight on was amazing. We are talking between 6 and 7 hours a day for 5 days. A couple of days I only managed 4 or 5 hours. I could not bring myself to ski the last day as I was absolutely shattered.
So the result is not to bad and i got to enjoy what I wanted while I was away. Believe it or not I did not go over board with my eating. I did not eat it in huge quantities. I guess with all the fitness I have been doing my metabolism is getting rid as quick as I am eating.

Something about fresh air and vacations makes a wonderful holiday. Also excellent job treating yourself and coming out even. My type of trip.
