Another busy week ahead. Walked, swam and worked in yard yesterday, see below. Kitchen is also clean, although I don't remember specifically stopping to do that, so we won't count it.

Swim was decent, I've moved into a different tier, it seems, so need to make it harder. 10.6 METs, average heart rate 120, 835 strokes. When I think back to what a coach would say, it would be, "Nice warm up, now, let's go." I'm going to need to figure out what I want out of this. Is it my zen, or is it a cardio machine? I dunno yet. I guess I should look into finding one of the add on controllers on Ebay, I hesitate to turn the current up and down randomly because it's so hard to find that sweet spot, but it's obvious I need to work harder now and build in some sets.

Moved some stuff around in my office this weekend. Redoing this space as part of what I want to do with the backyard. Moved my under the desk bike to - wait for it - under the desk, so I can move while on calls. Kinda like the treadmill concept, but for lazier people. We'll see how that works out.

The turkey is finally thawed. On Monday, not Saturday and not Sunday. So will need to find some time to put that bad boy in the oven later today or maybe tomorrow which should be a little less crazy than a Monday. Muscle holding, blob down, thinking about lunch and I'm not sure I have a backup plan for the turkey not being cooked at the moment. Guess I need to pull out some chicken boobs for today. Oh well, Happy Monday!
