Need to Gain Weight and keep the Waist Line small. 😁
164.7 lb Lost so far: 40.3 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

LaughingChevre- Yeah, there is an app that measures our Body Fat percentage with our Height, Neck size, Waistline and Caliper pinchers. My Waist to Hip and Height to Waist ratio is a tad high- meaning I have a small belly. 😆

Good to know Adrian. My height to waist ratio is well within the safe range, but I think there's no such thing as a waist that's too small.
