so ive been sick this week which hasnt helped but i have tried to keep up the fitness routine ive been running and done a ton of crunches and sit ups so i can only hope that its going to start producing some effects sooon.
171.8 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 39.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.8 lb a week
