The weigh in is for two days. I was reluctant to believe it but I’m going to take it and be thankful. It took me all week to get back where I was. Let’s just see if I sabotage my weekend 🍺
168.8 lb Lost so far: 37.3 lb.    Still to go: 31.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I’m scared of sabotaging my weekend too Freetime. My husband is fishing and I usually do chores around the house as I sort of over eat.😳 Try to be good this weekend and I will try to be too.
