IT IS MY BREAKFAST... 450g white no fat yogurt & 400g pineapple (nice and sweet)... weight should be good in few days and back on track
163.1 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
