I did better this week. 1600 calories with exercise allows me to maintain. I was pretty good at work but I have room to cut back my evening snacks. I'd like to be more consistent day to day with food intake but I do not want to go too low plus to cutback gradually. Another issue is eating out. I'll try again to improve with a supper Friday night. Let's see how this week goes. Have a good week.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hey you! thanks for the encouragement on my wall post. When are you going to Mexico?! There is nothing like a trip to give you some motivation to eat clean and excercise. I want you to go on your holiday and not think woulda coulda shoulda, but hop onto that beach feeling fantastic and that you DID it. When are you going? How did your friday dinner out go? xoxo
