mmm Grits, bacon, toast, and coffee for breakfast this morning! So yummy. I like to crumble my bacon into my grits and then eat it on the toast. XD I grew up doing it as a kid and have never stopped.

I walked 4.8 miles yesterday at the park with my little girl. It was a beautiful day for it. The sun was warm and the breezes were icy cool. And the sun shined the whole time, with not a cloud in the sky. We're going to go again today. But I think I might just do 2 miles, then let Jules play at the park. Don't want to push too hard today, and give my body a bit of a break before hitting the gym tomorrow.

The plans are: Heat class on monday, Body sculpt on tuesday(maybe), Cardio Yoga on Wednesday, and Heat Class again on Thursday with my sister! Thursday night were going to order Chinese takeout since my sister has been craving it and drove all the way up here to pick up my Jack the hedgehog and watch him when we go up to Georgia for a week. Going to try and get to the gym 30 mins early too so I can get in a mile at least each day I go to the gym. Really need to load some new music on my mp3 player as well.

Oh, also have to start pack mid week for our trip. Clothes for 2 adults and an almost 2yr old. Plus snacks/diapers/etc. It takes alot of time and planning...and car packing to make it all fit! lol. Oh and finish loading pictures on the digital picture frame we got my Father inlaw for Christmas.

And for one of my challenges: meal plan for yesterday:

Breakfast:
1 1/2 Cinnamon raisin toast with butter
Coffee with splenda and creamer

Lunch:
Lean Pocket

Dinner:
Progresso's Chicken and Dumplings Soup

Snacks:
1 String cheese
1 Nature valley Dark Chocolate and nut bar
1 cup yogurt
1/2 protien powder
1/4 serving graham cracker
1 pouch Starkist Light Tuna in water
18 Light Pringles
1/4 cup Blueberries
3 servings Whipcream
6 walmart deli Chicken bites

I do alot of snacking. XD Some of the items were combined too. Like the vanilla yogurt, protien powder and gramham cracker. Yum. And I always eat Tuna with chips. ^.^ Oh and the whip cream and blueberries. I also had about 10 cups of water flavored with raspberry lemonade packets. No green tea yesterday though, just didn't manage to fit it in.

Plans for today:

Walk at least 2 miles at the park.
Housework
Take garbage to the road for pickup tonight.
268.5 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week

Lot's of great planning for the week. I think the snacking thing is pretty common for moms of young ones like yourself. In fact, that is probably better to help keep your metabolism reved up and your snacks are good ones and not empty calories! and Oh yeah, I am missing your FL weather, I am ready to go back! It is so cold here I feel like a slug curled up in front of the fireplace getting ready for Pats vs Jets today....GO PATS!!!!!

Thanks Babs! :D Today is a beautiful 55 degrees outside. Sunny, breezy and cool. How I like my weather. XD lol. I'm actually getting us ready for a family walk at the park. Some days I have smaller meals, and lots of little snacks. Other days I have bigger meals, and only a few snacks. Just depends on what's going on. Time is always an issue around here. And progresso soups are easy, quick, filling, and tastey. lol. Next time yall should try North Florida. Not nearly as crowded, more laid back. :) I hope yall enjoy the game! ^.^ Had a good day Babs. :D

I love grits, bacon, and toast too. I also like to add a fried egg in with the grits and bacon. YUM!

I don't eat fried eggs, boiled eggs, deviled eggs, scramble eggs...etc...had a bad experience with them when I was about 8 or so. Haven't eaten them since. But Grits, bacon, and toast is definately one of my all time favorite breakfasts. :) Also comforting since it's one of the things I grew up eatting all the time.
