I am happy to report a loss for my weigh in day today! I have been back on track with eating this week and getting 2 long days of exercise in so far this week. I will plan to do weights then either run or swim this afternoon too. I have been fighting the extra weight in my belly which shows up right away in my clothes, so I am really trying to get that back under control. I don't want to see a roll or muffin top at the top of my pants! That simply is not flattering no matter what size anyone is. Now my challenge as ususal is trying to stay on track for the weekend which is where I always go up. If I stay focused, I can have a loss next week rather than worry about a gain or maintenance. Right now mentally I'm there. I hope I will be there for the weekened too to make some progress. Hope you all enjoy your day!

Afternoon update: I had a good 35 min. swim today. I lost count of the pool lengths. I think it was about 50. (35 is 1/2 mile, 70 is a mile.) We have a fundraiser dinner to go tonight- not feeling too worried about the food though as those fancier dinners are portioned fairly small.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
