Sunday Jan 16th. Did not do well last night. I want to feel full and I did by bed time. I'm not doing something correct and will figure it out. It does seem that everytime I exercise I am hungry like a bear....!!! Ah Dah, Girly Girl......It isn't hunger....It's thirst and until you give your body what it wants it will keep demanding it. OK, today I am taking a break from exercise. I did 4 days in a row. Dang ! I have to lose that 1.4 lbs again. My first goal was to be out of the 230s by today. I am still on the first leg of this journey and do not give up. I will break the 230s in no time at all. I am averaging 2 1/2 lb lose a week and that is good. Love life..
233.1 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
